Prince Ademola Tombrown Foundation Empowers 30 Youths In Ijebu North LG


The role of skills in the life of individual can not be over emphasized especially with the current state of the country. So also the need help people who really wish to acquire such skills but were hampered by financial problem is utmost in the heart of Prince Ademola Tombrown who is the founder of Prince Ademola Tombrown Foundation. 

In view of the above, the foundation was able to set the ball in motion on the first stage of the skill acquisition program as thirty youths who were willing to learn a skill it the other were handed over to there bosses.

The history making event was staged at Ijebu Igbo Town Hall and participants were drawn from all quarters in Ijebu North: Ijebu Igbo (Ojowo, Japara, Oke Agbo, Oke Sopen, Atikori), Oru, Away, Ilaporu and Ago Iwoye. 

In his welcome speech delivered at the program by Com. Olawale Senbadejo (Deputy Chairman NYCN Ogun State) the founder and sponsor of the foundation, Prince Ademola Tombrown appreciate the Almighty God for His mercy over him and also enjoined the participants to see this opportunity as a chance for them to change the story of their family and a step towards becoming someone in life. He added that the foundation is vent on teaching people how to fish and not just giving them fish. He added that the foundation intend to provide equipments and machines that the participants will need after the training and that only serious participants who have been certified by their bosses will be partaker of the equipments and machines. 

Highpoint of the skill acquisition program is the official handing over of the participants to their various bosses and immediate payment of their training fees. 

It is however important to note that the skills ranges from Tailoring, Barbing, Floor Tiling, Plumbing and Pipe Fiting, Cosmetology, Hair Dressing, Phone Engineering, Catering and Decorations. 

In their various reaction, the parents and bosses are full of praise to the Almighty God and to the founder of the foundation for this laudable program. 

Present at the program are Comrade Ogunleye Ismail (Coordinator, NYCN -IJEBU NORTH), Comradem Coker Ademola (Secretary, NYCN-IJEBU NORTH), Comrade Ayinde Mufutau (Director of Special Duties, NYCN-IJEBU NORTH), Mr. Muili Babatunde (Atikori Youth Forum), Mr. Abudu Kehinde (Oke Agbo Youth Forum), Comrade Abdul-wafiq Adeoye ( NYCN, ORU/AWA/ILAPORU), Dr. Oladunjoye Rasheed ( NYCN AGO IWOYE). 

It is our prayer that the Almighty God will bless the founder and also take him to greater heights.
