Asoro charge CDAs on youth engagement

The number one youth citizen of Ikorodu West LCDA and Coordinator National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ikorodu West LCDA has charged the CDAs in Ikorodu West LCDA to ensure youth engagement in community activities. 

Asoro stated this in his Goodwill message as Invited Guest while speaking at the One Day Leadership Training orgnanised for CDA Chairmen by the CDC Ikorodu West LCDA on Wednesday.

Asoro noted that even though the youths have refused to be called the leaders of tomorrow because tomorrow is now, there is a lot to learn from the older generation to ensure sustainability of the spirit of communal development. He also noted that keeping youths engaged and committed also take them away from crime and youth restiveness. He further charged them to ensure that their youths connects with NYCN to be able to tap from numerous government benefits and opportunities.

He commend the CDC leadership for continually  playing a fatherly and motherly role to the youth council noting that with the spirit of team work and collectiveness the goal of ensuring a better society and an Ikorodu West of our dream can be achieved.

He appreciated the organisers for the privilege of been invited.
