NYCN Ijebu North Branch sets to hold Congress

The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ijebu North Branch, is already preparing for the forthcoming Congresss as she's sets to elect new executives to pilot the affairs of the Council at the Local Branch for the next four years.

This information was made known by the Chairman, Congress Planning Committee, Comrade Olasunkanmi Oduntan.

As revealed by Comrade Olasunkanmi to all members of NYCN Ijebu North Branch, the forthcoming Congress will be free, fair and credible. We will give all aspirants a level playing ground to show their capacity.

Comrade Olasunkanmi also stress the need for this Congress, according to him "it is an opportunity for our youths to learn the rudiments of leading and leadership".

He also urged all aspirants to be of good conduct before, during and after the Elective Congress.

He further stated that delegates for the Congress cut across the LCDA/LG and Affiliated member Organizations. Five (5) delegates from each LCDA/LG and Three (3) delegates from Affiliated member Organizations. At the moment, we have Eleven (11) Affiliated member Organizations.

The Congress is scheduled to hold on the 4th of January, 2020 at Ijebu Igbo Town Hall.
